ERC is a coordinated service provided by CUDD Well Control and NAFTA Well Services. It gives customers one defined contact point for preventive well control support and emergency response.

Customer
Reports the event, manages the site and provides access, information and local operational support.
CUDD Well Control
Assesses the situation, prepares the response strategy and leads the technical well control response.
NAFTA Well Services
Provides the requested personnel, equipment, firefighting and technical support.
How the agreement works.
ERC Membership
Provides ERC access, readiness and the agreed operational and commercial framework.
Elective and Additional Services
Delivered according to the agreed annual scope or a separate quotation, depending on the ERC agreement.
Emergency Response
Mobilized personnel, equipment, transport and response activities are charged according to the ERC agreement and applicable rates.
Specific services, response resources and commercial conditions are governed by the applicable ERC agreement.
